In this note, we demonstrate highly sensitive, accurate and reproducible analysis and quantitation of six PFCs in neat solution and in human breast milk matrix using selected reaction monitoring (SRM) and H-SRM on the integrated UHPLC Accela-TSQ Vantage LC-MS platform.
