Instrument Method
This method defines a DIA technique to comprehensively analyze the m/z range between 500 and 900 m/z by MS/MS. It does so using a repeated 20 scan series of MS/MS scans with 20 m/z wide isolation windows. An MS scan is interlaced every 10 scans. On a Q Exactive analyzing a complex mixture, every precursor between 500 and 900 m/z is sampled by MS/MS about every 2 seconds. The resulting data can be used for quantification using the MS signal or the MS/MS signal.
