Develop oligonucleotide (ON) separation columns for the Thermo Scientific™ DNAPac™ PA200 product line: a 150 mm-length size which provides increased throughput and resolution comparable to the DNAPac PA200 4 × 250 mm column; a 250 mm-length size which provides improved resolution and throughput comparable to the DNAPac PA200 4 × 250 mm column; and a 50 mm-length size which may be used as a guard or fast analytical column. These columns employ 4 µm particles and tolerate pressures up to 750 bar (11,000 psi).
