HRAM Mass Spectrometry can be applied to the quantitation of drug discovery and development candidates in pharmacokinetics analysis. Simultaneously, metabolite information can be acquired as well further increasing the knowledge gained from in vivo animal studies.
In this presentation, the analysis of buspirone in a rat PK study by full scan HRAM MS analysis is presented. In addition, the relative performance of a HRAM quantiatative approach is compared to traditional triple quadrupoles.
