A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the analysis of docetaxel in human serum for clinical research has been developed. Using SOLA cartridges or plates, sample preparation is fast and gives excellent reproducibility and recovery levels. The analysis was carried out on an Accucore RP-MS 2.6 μm, 50 x 2.1 mm column for a fast separation with a cycle time of 2 minutes and excellent peak shape.
