A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the analysis of edrophonium, neostigmine, and pyridostigmine in plasma has been developed. Analysis was carried out using Thermo Scientific SOLA WCX solid phase extraction (SPE) products, a Thermo Scientific Syncronis hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) UHPLC
column for separation, and a Thermo Scientific TSQ Vantage mass spectrometer for MS/MS detection.
