Purpose: Label free quantification (LFQ) of iris biopsies from patients with primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) compared to healthy eyes. Methods: Quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometry quantitative proteomics. Results: LFQ identified differences in protein concentrations between PACG and control iris samples, providing new insights into pathogenesis of glaucoma.
