This paper reports high-precision in situ determination of Pb isotope ratios in glass samples, using 200 nm UV fs laser ablation coupled with the Thermo Scientific Neptune Plus Multicollector ICPMS equipped with 1013 ohm resistor high gain Faraday amplifiers. It present a very elegent algorithm to compensate for the different amplifier responses.
