ASMS 2013 Poster Note
Purpose: To demonstrate the dynamic range of quantitation of a quadrupole- Orbitrap-linear ion trap Tribrid™ mass spectrometer.
Methods: Injecting series of concentrations of standards, comparing results on the ion trap and Orbitrap mass analyzers.
Results: Both analyzers showed excellent linearity over at least 5 orders of magnitude.
