Purpose: Demonstrate an effective workflow for pharmaceutical impurity identification using Thermo Scientific™ Orbitrap Elite™ mass spectrometer and novel node-based small molecule structure ID software Thermo Scientific Compound Discoverer software. Methods: LC-HRMS and Compound Discoverer software for Fexofenadine API impurity analysis. Results: The Fexofenadine API impurity profile was quickly obtained.
