Development of Ultra-fast pH-Gradient Ion Exchange Chromatography for the Separation of Monoclonal Antibody Charge Variants

In this work, we show how to push the throughput of
pH gradient IEX even further. To achieve this, a MAbPac
SCX-10 RS column, 5 μm, 2.1 × 50 mm was operated
on a new Thermo Scientific™ Vanquish™ UHPLC system.
The Vanquish UHPLC is a fully biocompatible system,
suitable for the analysis of intact proteins.
