ASMS 2017 Poster
Purpose: Demonstrate the feasibility of data independent acquisition for small molecule quantitation.
Methods: Compare limits of detection for pesticide assay with various targeted and untargeted schemes.
Results: Beam collision induced dissociation (bCID) has lower limits of quantification (LOQ) than resonance CID (rCID). DIA with bCID and stepped collision energy has quite comparable limits of detection to bCID with customized parameters.
