Poster: Purpose: To develop a simple and reliable sample preparation method for the study of sulfated O-linked glycans by employing 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid/N,N-dimethylaniline (DHB/DMA) matrix and MALDI LTQ Orbitrap™ XL hybrid mass spectrometer.
