In this application note, we evaluated the performance of the Thermo Scientific Q Exactive Focus hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer as a quantitative platform for high-efficiency HPLC-MS analysis of immunosuppressant drugs (tacrolimus, everolimus, sirolimus and cyclosporin A) in whole blood for clinical research.
