Application Note 20594. This application note demonstrates the use of the Accucore Phenyl-X HPLC column for the analysis of aromatic steroids. When compared with a C18 column the Accucore Phenyl-X HPLC column provides high aromatic selectivity, good hydrophobic retention and unique, complementary selectivity.
