By using Thermo Scientific™ HyperSep™ SLE instead of traditional liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) methods, recovery of the analytes can be improved and the extraction time significantly reduced. This was achieved with the use of smaller sample volumes and buffer volumes, providing cost savings.
