A multitude of separation techniques have been successfully hyphenated to MS instruments in recent years. This development has had a profound impact on biopharmaceutical characterization and product understanding during development. At the same time, software tools for organizing, processing, and reporting information-rich MS data have progressed to support the rapid expansion in MS data generation and complexity. Recent progress in MS-based characterization workflows using Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) Software and Byosphere at Symphogen will be presented and illustrated by Dan Bach Kristensen on Aug. 31 and will be available for viewing on demand after the event.
Key learning objectives:
- Discussion around the challenges of biotherapeutic analysis due to structural complexity
- Exploration of broad range of chromatographic and separation techniques
- Analytical strategies to gain more information by one analysis through coupling alternative separation to MS
- Harnessing the power of Chromeleon CDS and Byosphere for complete characterization
