Can we use BIopharma Finder to do RNase mapping to distinguish circRNA from it's precursor RNA?
Thanks

Hi,
RNase mapping using the partial digestion strategy will produce relatively longer oligonucleotides that can be matched against your RNA sequence. In your digestion, if the template which is used to create the circular RNA has a different sequence (complementary to the circular RNA) and you have this precursor sequence as well as the product strand sequence entered into your processing experimental parameters, then yes, BPF will be able to distinguish the two.
