Power Failure, now error message

We have an LTQ OrbiTrap that  underwent a power failure on campus and we're now getting an error message on attempting to perform the bake out.  The error message is:

 

ERROR: No OrbiSPI contact to FT TMPC board!

 

Any troubleshooting tips? TIA
