Is it possible to detect RNA modification such as pseudouridilylation, and phosphorylation using "Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid Mass Spectrometer"? Or do need any additional support to accomplish this task?

Hi, Thennavan,
Thanks for reaching out and asking the question. The data collected from Orbitrap MS instruments, including Orbitrap Fusin Lumos can be processed by Biopharma Finder software to identify RNA modifications. Please check out the Biopharma Finder website: BioPharma Finder Software | Thermo Fisher Scientific - US. You can download the trial version of the Biopharma Finder software with training dataset to ty it out. If you have more questions, please feel free to reach out.
Best,
Min Du
