Hello. I use a HP 5880A gas chromatograph and its corresponding terminal.

It keeps throwing up defective health monitor #1. When I go into list device #1 to see what the problem is, it throws me the information related to the standard plot.Does anyone know what standard plot means, what should I enter as data for standard plot and how to get to standard plot?

I heard back from some of our GC experts in the field and here is a suggestion:

They believe the message is related to the output of the analog detector. There may be an error with a board. They suggested that if you have to enter a number, then enter "1".

If that does not help, you may want to reach out to the original manufacturer.
