Emerging Topics in Food Safety is a quarterly event series designed to showcase #foodsafety issues that are important in the European, Middle East and Africa regions. Each session will highlight different food safety topics covering those that are more familiar or emerging or hot topics.

Starting January 18th with #sugar analysis by HPAE-PAD #IC #carbohydrates and on January 19th metals analysis in #babyfoods and #nanoparticles in food such as TiO2, #ICPMS. Join us as we highlight EU regulations in these food safety areas.
